Welcome to Chef Me Catering. By accessing or using our services, website, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All catering services are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, special requests, or last-minute changes. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, and full payment must be made by the due date specified in your invoice. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may be non-refundable. All menus are customizable within our service capacity and dietary preferences must be disclosed in advance; we are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed sensitivities. All food is prepared following standard food safety guidelines. Delivery and setup times will be confirmed prior to your event, and it is your responsibility to ensure access to the venue. Any damages to our equipment during your event may result in additional charges. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
