At Chef Me Catering, we are committed to delivering excellent service and food. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If you cancel more than 7 days before your event, you may receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days prior may qualify for a partial refund, minus any costs already incurred. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. If we arrive and cannot access the venue or the event is missed without notice, no refund will be issued. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. If you need to reschedule due to an emergency, we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability and possible added costs. If you are unsatisfied with the food or service, please contact us on the day of your event so we can assess and resolve the issue; in some cases, a partial refund or credit may be offered.
